Room and swimming pool

There is no breakfast provided. I guess due to the post covid not everything is back to normal as of yet.

All the amenities were shutting down as there is not much going on due to not enough customers.

Not my kind of hotel. The hotel looked old and run-down. Windows were not well maintained, although the rooms themselves were ok. Gaps on the doors so could hear noises from corridor.

Location was close to our client.

no breakfast road to the hotel broken with many holes booking.com system was wrong, telling to get 2 beds in the rooms have 2 books 2 rooms. That was wrong. Staff help to correct the reservation

Staffs are very nice, swimming pool is quite big, but need to improve the cleanness. Restaurants are quite far away.

The hotel is quite difficult to find.

This hotel is very bad I looked at two rooms and took the third one. Coceroches in the room it's in the back of nowhere I booked 2 nights and only stayed one moved to another hotel no refund at this hotel (wonder why)

Staff pretty poor to be honest. On checking in I was given a key and that was it. I had to ask about Bar, restaurant, swimming pool etc. Customer service was very average. Charged excessively for small amount of laundry first time I used the service. Second time had my laundry 2 days and returned not washed in same bag. I returned the laundry again and they give me the laundry back still wet and not ironed and said don't worry it's free this time! I would rather pay and have it done properly than have it free and not be dried or ironed. I was Told restaurant only open for breakfast 6-8 which was incorrect as it said open until 10am on the door and no food available rest of the day which is ridiculous in a place where it is difficult to get food as this is more a working town as opposed to a tourist place. Wifi was very intermittent which is fustrating when this hotel is more for working people than tourists.

The Bed was comfy.

There was only 2 sachets of Coffee in the room, no biscuits, also the restaurant was only open for Breakfast in the morning, so nothing to eat in the evening, and the bar wasn't open either. The Hotel, was quite hard to find and it was on an Industrial Estate.

I stayed at Avana for 4 nights for a business trip. Only 2 light bulbs out of 8 were in function in the first room I got. Then, I changed the room on the first night. On the third night, there was a cockroach in my room.I killed it. I asked the receptionist to send somebody to clean the room. Unfortunately, there was no maid at night. I did not change the room since I was so exhausted from working during the day time. If I ask for a new room, I need to move all my stuff by myself (I can understand this as it is a budget hotel). However, I had to sleep with unpleasant place on the third night. On the fourth night, I found another cockroach in the bathroom. I was too tried to do anything after the long meeting from work. I decided to close the bathroom door, and could not sleep well on that night as I felt so worried.

Absolutely Nothing is good with this hotel, my recommendation is that booking.com stop to cooperate with this so called hotel. **** its a joke from beginning to the end.

Everything, Cleaning is useless. Windows have not been cleaned in 3-5 years, you can hardly not see out when you are indoor same when you are outdoor you can nearly not see in to the hotel. Reception staff is okay. But management is never there to take car and give directive. And the hotel is a mirror of bad management. The pool doesn't have declaration on the wall ppm of chemicals used neither a log of the water quality which is mandatory in Thailand. Breakfast really is not good. Even the Thai breakfast is cold and certainly not good. Fried eggs are cold, from the day before and kept overnight in a fridge, Fried rice same, many of the food various is also cold, the burners that shall keep the food warm is not en lighted. then it will not be kept warm if it once was from the beginning, The cooker is mostly occupied to play with his cellphone and listen to music and bla, bla with other persons than satisfy the clients. Despite the butter has not been kept in a fridge so thats only a oily mess of melted butter. They have sugar and powder milk in jars that have not been cleaned for years Debris in the escape routes and escape stairs. Escape stirs is kept as a janitor store so in case of fire! Numerous people will be in great danger since the escape routes is either kept for janitor equipment or debris.. Photos speaks their own languish. When you take shower, floor is full with water who comes out from the under bath wall and a danger in it self. International Tv in the room as described is non-existing. only Thai channels. I have loads of pictures that I would love to send to you which describes the poorness of this premises. Sorry but such places gives a bad reputation to booking .com if you want all photos end me an e-mail and I will replay with all photos.

my husband loves the swimming pool very much, and the frienlyness of the staffs though they don't really understand ENGLISH. but they really tried their best to arrange the communication for me and my husband due to he accidentally left his cellphone on the plane and I couldn't connect with him for the whole day..... good job

my husband was not satisfied with the breakfast, there's only local food, no fruits no porridge/ oatmeal for breakfast.

The room was large

The hotel is nothing like it claims to be in the Booking.com Listing There is NO bar, NO restaurant. The location is very far away from anywhere that sells food or drink, and it is in a very small side road that has no taxies or public transport. Do not go there unless you have your own car and even then don't go there. The staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and uncaring.

Bed was ok

Totally not a 4 star hotel - the bathrooms were awful and the room smells like it's rotten. The reception told me the hotel is 3 years old but it doesn't look alike. Public places are not nice either, many lamps were broken or blinking and the poolwater looked dirty. On the top, the breakfast was ugly and full of flies and ants. Never stay there again!!
